Established in 1982, Fore Group’s portfolio today includes 20 companies, with a workforce of over 800 employees, in locations throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas.

Fore Group is owned and controlled by Mr. Moshe Shushan, Mr. Eliyahu Shushan, Mr. Gad Sluk, and Mr. Dov Sluk.

Headquartered in the Tel Aviv suburb of Azur, the Group's broad scope of expertise reflects its five main areas of activity: Cellular Based Operations, Products & Services, Real Estate, Wimax, and Investments.

Fore Group has extensive experience and a proven track record in assembling management teams, developing new business strategies, and directing and guiding professional and financial activities – skills which provide added value to the Group’s member companies.

Most recently, the Group completed the successful sale of its holdings in two companies:  

• Bakcell - In March 2005, the Group sold its holdings in Bakcell. Bakcell,  Azerbaijan's second largest GSM Operator, was founded and managed by Fore Group. The sale was based on a company valuation of US$ 100 million.
• Leadcom Integrated Solutions - In March 2006, following 130% increase in value as of the IPO, the Group sold its holdings in Leadcom Integrated Solutions. Leadcom which was founded and managed by Fore Group, is an international integrator of wireless telecommunication networks traded on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in London. The sale was based on a company valuation of US$ 127 million.
