Ron joined CellNetS in May 2008. He previously served as a partner at two telecommunications focused venture capital funds and at Soros Fund Management where he focused principally on private equity and venture capital and established a successful track record. Mr. Hiram was a member of the Board of Directors at Comverse Technology, Inc. from 1985-1986 and from June 2001 until December 2006, and served as its Chairman from May 2006 until December 2006. He is currently a Member of the Board at Ulticom Inc., a telecommunications company affiliated with Comverse.

Meir joined CellNetS in January 2008 and serves as the Chairman of the Board of the company’s subsidiaries in Mexico, Mali and Sri Lanka. Prior to joining CellNetS, he served as CEO and General Manager of such privately held and publicly traded companies as Aliroo Ltd. (a data encryption and internet security company), Eldor Ltd. and Omnitech Eichut Ltd. (both computer network integrators), and SYNEL (a time & attendance hardware & software company).
